We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join the Ascom Global Marketing Communications Team, to support the Global, Product, select Regional Marketing and Sales initiatives aligned with our B2B marketing strategic priorities.

Job description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated, results-driven B2B marketing professional to join us as a Senior Global Marketing Communications Program Manager. This person possesses diverse knowledge and experience across marketing mix, content strategy, communications, team leadership, sales alignment, testing methodology and program management skills, with product and solutions level messaging expertise.
In this role, you will manage a small team you to develop a cohesive, strategic marketing plan to amplify market awareness of Ascom ICT solutions and business initiatives. This role requires extensive B2B technology marketing experience oriented around Content direction for all outbound collateral (such as web site, lead generation and sales collateral, conference and event content, product announcements) As a Senior Global Marketing Communications Program Manager Program you will monitor and analyze program effectiveness and continually adjust and optimize strategy and tactics to achieve key metrics.

Responsibilities:
• Develop campaign plans for solution franchises, define the strategy, messages and program scope required to achieve organizationally aligned awareness, engagement and lead generation goals.
• Align metrics and results tied to agreed goals between sales and marketing.
• Work directly with leadership and collaborate with product marketing, regional marketing and sales to ensure the campaign plan directly supports goals
• Mentor junior campaign managers and ensure strategy, plan and execution continuity across all in-market Campaigns.
• Collaborate and guide alignment with cross-functional teams and with counterparts in other regions worldwide
• Outline the program including all elements of the digital channels and mix, content plan, global campaign calendar and required budget and resources required to launch the campaign.
• Align with the corporate communications and social marketing programs to time campaigns appropriately for a stronger go to market launch.
• Plan, develop, and deploy global awareness and demand generation programs for all stages of the marketing cycle - thought leadership, education, preference, and purchase.
• Work with the creative services team to develop campaign concepts, messaging, and campaign deliverables for the campaign and supporting programs.
• Communicate regularly with business units, the Sales team, and cross-functional stakeholders regarding marketing plans, program details, and performance metrics.

Your profile
Required Competencies
• Degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline; master's degree is a plus
• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in a technology field; knowledge of open source, software, cloud, virtualization, and middleware is a plus
• Experience building global integrated marketing campaigns for a B2B technology company, and strong understanding of the considerations for regional, industry, and audience variances within the campaign plan.
• Able to conceptualize and develop global demand generation programs to be executed by regional field marketing teams, and to and through channel partners.
• campaigns marketing experience coupled with extensive commercial awareness and experience of driving forward lead generation.
• Ability to work effectively and guide consensus among geographically distributed, cross-functional teams
• Keen understanding of personas-based marketing, customer targeting and segmentation, the buyer's journey, lead process, and funnel reporting
• Experience working with agencies for strategic media planning and buying, integrated campaign development and implementation
• Experience and skills managing internal and external resources to complete projects against set deadlines and budget.
• Positive attitude and solid work ethic, responsive with good organizational skills, demonstrated leadership, creativity, and initiative and outstanding communication and presentation skills. Furthermore you are able to lead and work as part of a team.
• Excellent command of English language (spoken & written)
