Packaging Solutions - Integrated Supply Chain is responsible for a world class Packaging- and Additional materials Supply Chain. We secure optimum quality and service for our customers at minimum cost.
We are looking for a Global Business Expert, that will provide expertise in the Order Fulfilment Packaging Material (OFPM) Process. You will represent the end-to-end OFPM process with business and process expertise cross-process, translate business needs into process and system requirements and lead the global process and procedure documentation and learning material content.
The position is permanent and located in Lund.
What you will do
As our new Senior Global Business Expert, you will be part of a global team of 12 working within Integrated Supply Chain responsible for Global Order Fulfilment Packaging Material (OFPM) Process Performance.
You will focus on
Providing global expertise in the OFPM process and support in projects
Leading the creation and review of global process and procedure documentation
Driving development and insight in the future view of OFPM and Digital Supply Chain.
Supporting global sub-process design workshops within Logistics & Planning
Working closely with a wide net of stakeholders both from business and IT in a global context, driving and participating in business transformation projects.
Translating business needs and project deliverables into system requirements.
Leading continuous improvement initiatives with the regions.
Leading process and tools material content development/review in close collaboration with Process Competence Development Team
We believe you have
University degree in within Computer & System Sciences or similar
Minimum 5 years operational experience in the OFPM process
Minimum 1-year central function experience in the OFPM process
Deep knowledge in Logistics, Transportation Management, Warehousing and Planning
Excellent Change Management skills and experience
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal is required
Recognized informal authority and natural seniority
