We are now looking for a Senior Game Designer
Join our quest in making the worlds best co-op games!
We're looking for a game dev talent to join our growing design department working on the studios upcoming 3rd person co-op shooter.
We're searching for an Experienced Game Designer who is passionate about translating our game vision into fun and memorable co-op gameplay!
Who you are:
We're looking for someone who is friendly and helpful, but also hardworking, efficient and dedicated to the game development craft!
• Minimum 5 years experience in the games industry from a similar role;
• Adept in scripting game features and AI;
• Be able to work very independently and assumes responsibility;
• Experience working on game balance in co-op games;
• Strong collaborating in a multinational environment;
• Good collaboration and communication skills with a cooperative attitude;
• Great English communication skills are essential, both written and spoken.
What you'll do:
As a Game Designer you will be;
• Scripting and implementing things in the game engine;
• Translating game direction to game design;
• Building and drive development of new exciting features;
• Work closely and coordinate with other disciplines;
• Prototype/implement features that work with the existing design ecosystem;
• Driving conceptual problem solving;
• Active and driving participation in design meetings;
• Be a part of handling design and balance in a live service title.
Each team member at Arrowhead has an important influence on the game and is involved in the decision-making process.

Practical Information
Scope: Full-time: 40 hours per week with initial 6 month probation period.
Location: Office first, hybrid solution possible. You need to be eligble to work in Sweden.
We are a pet friendly office! You can expect to find dogs and occasionally some cats around.
