hela Sverige Stockholm Headhunting has been commissioned to find a Senior Frontend Developer to the Silicon Valley based-company Peaxy. They are now expanding in Stockholm to build a lean rapid prototyping team and are looking for a sharp developer to be a part of their journey.

Founded in 2012, Peaxy is a Silicon Valley based startup in San Jose, California. Peaxy technologies and applications are focused on data-driven strategies in the industrial world. Using a robust data architecture, Peaxy builds digital twins that combine field data and modeled data to produce cost-saving insights for the enterprise. Their team of advanced analytics experts builds solutions that include digital twins, advanced predictive analytics, and large-scale data access. Join their team to develop these pioneering applications, so that their enterprise customers can better manage their data and models to generate insights that improve efficiency and lower costs.
Peaxy is now expanding in Stockholm to build a lean rapid prototyping team with a focus on UX/UI. As the third employee at Peaxy Sweden you will be an integral part of the core team, where every contribution you make is meaningful and important. You have the technical support and guidance of the wider Peaxy family with 40+ employees in San Jose working at the forefront of data analytics every day and will be a part of them during your Silicon Valley trips every now and then. You will be based at their office in Stockholm, just across the Central Station, and occasionally you may also need to travel to meet with customers.
About the role
As a Frontend Developer at Peaxy you will build something that is the first of its kind, at the forefront of data analytics, as part of a team of passionate and skilled people using state-of-the-art tools. You will develop and maintain the frontend code for their solutions as a part of a larger effort that requires collaboration engagement with other Peaxy teams and customers, working across time zones, using Agile processes. You will also explore new software libraries and platforms within blockchain, machine learning, IoT and even quantum computing with a view to build a innovative data analytics solutions. Further you will build proof-of-concept prototypes on short notice, for consultant sales presentations. Who Peaxy is looking for
To succeed in this role we believe that you have at least four years professional experience of frontend development using the latest JS-frameworks. Preferably you have experience of data vizualization tools such as D3 and Plotly. Experience working with backend framworks via APIs and cloud application plattforms (such as AWS, Heroku andf Google Cloud) is a bonus. As a person you are creative and curious, you have an eye for good design and are comfortably with a start-up approach to development. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
