Do you want to be a part of developing the Group Financial Controlling Function for a global company? On the clients behalf, we are now looking for a Group Function Financial Controller to one of Sweden 's most attractive employers.
As a Group Function Financial Controller, you will contribute to the companys ' transformation and financial growth by setting up and maintaining financial structures. You will be a part of the Group Financial Controlling team, that leads the Financial Controlling Function, providing support to the group 's core-businesses. You will be stationed in Svågertorps trading area and the role is full-time. Your flexibility and availability will impact your chances of employment as the vacancies are limited.
Job specific key tasks and responsibilities.
• Set up and maintain the financial structures to follow-up cost and performance and support decision making in line with global frameworks.
• Perform variance analysis, reviewing and challenging reported actuals and forecasts
• Contributes to global projects to develop financial operations and reporting
• Document internal financial controls and review of effectiveness
This opportunity is a consultancy assignment with ongoing appointments. As a consultant, you get an employment with Adecco Sweden. The assignment extends for at least 6-12 months with good opportunity for extension.
What you need to be successful in this role
We are looking for candidates with senior experience in financial controlling. To succeed in the role, it requires deep experience in financial management and reporting issues, the habit of driving change and a strong analytical ability. You have the habit of managing senior counterparts and management, providing good service while ensuring long-term relationships.
You are a self-driven and communicative team player. You work structured and have an eye for detail and a solution-oriented attitude. You have a strong ability to engage colleagues and teams through feedback, coaching and leadership. You speak and write both Swedish and English fluently.
