Act as a Finance Business Partner for the Pharma Division in Scandinavia
Drive insightful financial planning and value oriented support to the business
Provide strong financial expertise, advice and decision support to Divisional Leadership through financial steering and planning, performance tracking, business analysis and performance management.
Interact efficiently and provide information to Regional Divisional Business Partners and Management.
Provide leadership to the local Finance Team and actively cooperate with other local functions.
Be a member of the Pharma Scandinavia Management team.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Advanced skills to analyze business and financial trends in order to make sound business decisions - anticipating future market developments
* Strong management, leadership, organizational and communication skills
* Strong in networking capabilities to maneuver within the matrix organization, between backbone functions and the division
* Knowledge of the economic and business environment in Scandinavia
* High analytical and strategic thinking skills, structured and proactive approach
* Self-driven and self-motivated
* Able to enhance good team spirit and continuous dialogue with coaching and constructive facilitation skills
* Strong business insights, strong level of instills trust and excellent ability to drive results
* Master's degree or equivalent in Economics or Finance
* Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience with increasing responsibility
