hela Sverige We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer Task Leader to take a crucial role in managing and overseeing engineering projects in Gothenburg, Sweden. This position is instrumental in ensuring the quality and efficiency of components and installations in all stages of automotive projects.
In this role, your success hinges on your ability to collaborate, adapt, and effectively manage tasks and projects within the automotive domain. Your structured approach and experience working in project teams will be key assets in achieving these objectives. The position involves active participation in cross-functional project teams. Experience working collaboratively with diverse technical backgrounds is essential. Effective English communication skills are essential for seamless interaction within the international context of the position.
Daily responsibilities may include:
Leading a team of diverse professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Playing a vital role in new development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Daily work as a Senior Engineer with responsibility for Component and QJ.
Utilizing CAD software to create, modify, and review engineering drawings, models, and schematics.
Gathering, organizing, and presenting data related to engineering projects to cross-functional teams.
Collaborating closely with engineers, project managers, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely delivery.

You 'll need to efficiently manage multiple tasks, ensuring that each is addressed effectively and in a timely manner.
Be able to demonstrate a proactive approach by taking ownership of tasks and projects, seeking opportunities for improvement, and suggesting innovative solutions.
Adaptability to evolving project requirements by being flexible in your planning and approach, accommodating changes as needed.
Qualifications
* Bachelor 's degree in Engineering or a related field. Master 's degree preferred.
* Several years of proven experience in leadership roles within the automotive industry.
* Proficiency in CAD design and installation in Pro/E.
* Experience with KOLA software is highly beneficial.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
