Role and responsibilities
In this key role, you will work in close cooperation with highly skilled engineers who have extensive experience in real-time critical firmware for motor control and power electronics applications. Your task will be to ensure the efficient and robust integration of this core technology into the Autosar environment, using a structured approach. Simultaneously, you will need to address customer-specific and application-specific requirements while building a reusable extension to our technology platform.
Your key responsibilities include requirement management in close cooperation with customers, coding for the target environment, conducting tests, investigating bug reports, overseeing tools and resources, and managing projects from initiation to mass production.
This role offers significant responsibility and authority to positively impact our Autosar initiatives.
Who are you?
We are seeking a candidate with a university degree or a Master of Science in computer science, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in Autosar Classic environment development, with a particular emphasis on seamlessly integrating Autosar Classic code into existing software platforms. This role also requires a strong background in developing software systems on small microcontrollers, such as TriCore and ARM-based Cortex-M0/M4, and a proven track record in embedded programming using C.
Furthermore, the successful candidate should have hands-on experience in writing drivers for peripheral devices and the devices interconnected with them, such as CAN or flash memories. A fundamental understanding of reading circuit schematics is considered an asset in this role.
