As Senior EBU Specialist you have a key role in our EBU (Electron Beam Unit) team, leading the work and specialized knowledge connected to the EBU technology. You will be working with exciting innovative concepts and hold the overall responsibility to develop strategies and secure technology for a more reliable and industrialized electron beam source. You act in an agile environment and the role will be central for determine content, planning and prioritizations for the Beam Team.

Main responsibilities
• Secure that the EBU quality and performance complies with directives and requirements
• Have the in depth technology/physics knowledge and lead the direction for a more reliable electron beam source
• Specify requirements together with stakeholders such as Product Management or EMB Process Development Team
• Take part in EBU research activities and participate in experimental work related to the EBU technology and its sub systems
Requirements
• M Sc. (or preferably a PhD) in Physics, Electrical Engineering or other relevant discipline
• At least five years working experience with demonstrated technical knowledge from the area of electromagnetism
• Documented experience in hardware development within optics or electronics
• Experience from Product/Project Management is meritorious
• Excellent level of English, both written and spoken
