Within Sales and Marketing we are now setting up a new function to increase our speed and focus on the e-mobility value stream. We are aiming for a value stream with an entrepreneurial company mindset with end-to-end responsibility and clear accountability for the e-Mobility business.
We are creating an empowered organization that will function as the backbone of the e-mobility value stream. It will be characterized by speed and flexibility, customer collaboration with a probing mindset, and a focus on developing solutions and creating engagement for the people working in the value stream. We believe that these are the main abilities needed to lead in this new increasingly complex environment, and lead is what we intend to do.
We, at the "eStrategy & Portfolio Management" team, are the strategic muscle and the spokes persons for e-mobility solutions at Scania. Our experts guide and challenge the e-mobility and Scania organization to take the right decisions towards a sustainable future.
We are now looking for a Senior e-mobility Product Planning Manager to join our team and become part of this exciting journey.
What you will do:
• The transition into a value stream-oriented way of working and the establishment of the new e-mobility organization will significantly impact our Product and Services related processes and responsibilitie. You will actively shape the role by aligning and optimizing processes and interfaces with our key stakeholders
• You will ensure that we deploy our e-mobility strategy which means that we spend the resources on the right topics. Therefore, you will create transparency on all e-mobility related roadmaps for products and services / solutions and the related resource and budget spending
• You will be driving the strategic positioning of our e-Mobility products and services in the market
• You will secure we have a portfolio which is inline with our ambition and available resources.
• A stronger customer focus is key target of our transition. In this role you are in the driver seat to ensure that we explore future global market needs in a close dialogue with Scania experts, customers and other stakeholders in the transport eco-system
• You will be in charge and deeply involved in the key decision forums related to questions such as setting the roadmap, product portfolio and development as well as budget.

What you need to bring with you:
We are looking for an experienced manager with a profound background in product management and a good understanding for the processes and success factors along this value chain. You have already proven yourself by successfully transforming processes and organizations with a strong customer and business focus.
It would be a big benefit if you have experiences with the specific challenges and opportunities in the area of electrification.
You are not afraid of working in a highly volatile environment. Instead, you see the opportunities to shape your assignment, the processes and the organization with your own ideas.
To be successful in this position you are a team player who is also a good leader, a good communicator and you have a strong ability to network and reach results through others.
You inspire people by your optimistic, passionate and engaging personality.
You have a commercial and/or technical university degree and several years of management experience. It is important that you are fluent in English since communication skills are key for the role. Traveling will be required.
