hela Sverige As Senior Document Controller in the Document Control Department you are supporting several project managers with coordinating and administration of project documentation. You are working in several systems like JPI, Aconex, Bluebeam, SharePoint and Microsoft Office. As a Senior Document Controller, you will report directly to Document Control Manager.
Specific Accountabilities:
Administration and distribution of project documentation
Administration of quality management documentation
Establishes and implements procedures and routines for document control
Reviewing and analysis of engineering documents
Coordinating with project management, engineering and client
Ensures clients requirements are implemented regarding document control
Superuser for our Documentation systems JPI, Aconex, DocuSign etc.
Qualifications - Internal
You have a background within document control working with larger projects. An education of minimum bachelor's degree is meritorious. You have good knowledge about Microsoft Office, SharePoint and systems for document control. You have a systematic approach to planning, prioritizing and performing tasks. It is meritorious if you have worked with document control in projects within the process or petrochemical business line.
You are analytical, structured and like to have things in great order. You have developed good interpersonal skills and are a clear communicator.
Language
Swedish and English, fluent in speech and writing.
