We are looking for a Senior DevOps engineer to continue to automate our testing, deployment & data collection workflows.
We are building an application that runs in both AWS and other virtualization environments. Our platform consists of a Python backend and multiple HTML5 apps, with a global and rapidly expanding user base.
Our current deployment is automated with Ansible on AWS. We are looking for a developer familiar with Ansible to continue to automate or deployment, and longer term, build up a DevOps team to work alongside our developers. You'll have your choice of workstation/hardware and other perks, including Bomberman Fridays with beer!
Requirements:
• Bashing *nix skills #!
• 3 years or more of experience in a DevOps role
• at least 1 year of Ansible experience
• BSc in Computer science, Electrical engineering or equivalent
• Experience with configuration management tools like Chef, Puppet, etc..
• Experience with a scripting language like Python, Ruby, Perl, etc..
• Experience with git
Meriting skills:
• Interest in Docker deployments
• Interest in data analysis and metrics aggregation
• Strong working knowledge of AWS
• Experience with Nginx
