• To provide information and explanations for both employees and customers of the company about the terms of agreement, payment terms and other relevant information about the commitments;
• To control company's customer commitments execution, to remind about the existing commitments and explain the consequences of the default;
• To plan and implement team activities to meet customer needs and expectations, as well as minimise inconveniences;
• To oversee customer issues and develop effective long-term problem solutions;
• To provide feedback to the Management Board regarding service failures or customer complaints;
• To measure Collection team performance and make employment decisions;
• To train new and existing Debt Collectors to achieve outstanding performance;
• To prepare and submit reports on the progress and results to the company's Management Board;
• To represent the company's interests in relations with private individuals and legal entities, as well as state and municipal authorities.
Additional responsibilities:
Helping the team understand performance targets and goals, identifying and resolving workplace problems, providing reports and activity updates to management, develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of Customer Service Departments, to oversee customer issues and ensure development of effective and long-term problem solutions, to train new and existing Customer Service specialists to achieve outstanding performance, to represent the company's interests in relations with private individuals and legal entities, as well as state and municipal authorities.
Requirements:
• Higher education in Business Administration and/ordegree in Law;
• Previous collections, sales or customer service experience;
• Professional working proficiency in Swedish (both written and in verbal communication);
• Fluency in English.
