We are the leading Nordic provider within Healthcare, Welfare, Education as well as Document and Case Management. We are currently seeking a Senior MS SQL DBA to join our team in Östersund. In this role you will be responsible for providing operational database services to our customers, primarily in MS SQL based database operation.
Your key tasks will include...
• Continuous services of our customers MS SQL environment
• Installation, upgrades, migrations within MS SQL 2005/2008/2012/2014
• System management and administration
• Performance and problem investigations.
• Capacity planning.
• Project member in different kind of projects.
You are a problem solver with a genuine interest in IT and a willingness to contribute to your own development and improvement. You are analytical, proactive, have good documentation capabilities. Since documentation is an important part of the job you need to be able to express yourself well in speech and writing, in both Swedish and English. You are used to work in team as well independently and have the ability to cooperate and act convincingly to both customers and colleagues.
We expect you to have...
• At least 2-5 years' experience of working with IT-operations.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL server 2008/2012/2014.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems 2008/2012, Windows 2016 is a merit.
• Good experience within ITIL based work.
