Your Role
You will be working closely with our clients on a number of exciting projects. You will use the latest techniques in Data Science and Machine Learning to develop solutions for a range of different applications for large companies as well as for small fast startups.
Every project will be different but an idea of the things that you are expected to accomplish are the following:
Work closely with clients and actively participate or lead projects and ensure on-time and on-spec delivery
Analyse complex data, working closely together with stakeholders leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning to support clients with innovative solutions.
Perform data exploration & transformations, build ML model and evaluate them
Define KPIs, develop dashboards and reports necessary to monitor vital part of project/company
Translate customer business needs into data requirements and analytical techniques
Conduct customer sessions for requirements gathering, data discovery, analysis, reporting, and presentation
About you:
A master degree in computer science,applied linguistics or a comparable analytical field
Minimum 5 years of hands on experience and at least 2 years in a lead role in data analytics field
Demonstrated analytical, interpretative and problem solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others as well as being able to lead a project on your own
Critical thinking and suggesting new angles of thought/ways of working
Deep knowledge of Python, R, PySpark
Deep knowledge of Data mining and machine learning techniques
SQL/NoSQL databases query languages
Strong NLP and image processing knowledge
Solid experience with advanced growth analytics (e.g. Adjust)
Knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google analytics)
Experience working with data visualization and BI tools, (e.g. Tableau, Looker, PowerBI)
Working knowledge of Git and Gitflow
Experience with growth initiatives, AB testing, performance marketing techniques
Excellent organisation skills and ability to deliver results to deadlines.
Bonus points:
Building data science teams from scratch
Knowledge of healthcare patient-level data.
Some knowledge of epidemiology / biostatistics, particularly analytical issues relating to, disease progression, patient behavior
Knowledge of financial data and regulations
Data anonymization techniques, GDPR and HIPAA knowledge.
