Now we are looking for an experienced and passionate person to join our Watch team in Stockholm.
Senior Data Scientist
SIMPLY PUT: Autonomously contributes to analyses that resolve specific client concerns; serves as liaison between commercial team, quality assurance, operations, engineering, and Data Science teams with regards to internal and external client projects. Works cross team to provide a professional, clear response on all client queries.
CHALLENGES THAT AWAIT YOU:
• Collaboratively create and manage projects, from timeline creation to project completion, managing expectations with manager and customer.
• Supervise that the establishment survey is representative and comply with demographic characteristics. To assess the results of coincident studies and to generate and to distribute on time the client monthly/quarterly reports.
• Plays a key role in analytical projects from beginning to end; including developing analytical plan, running analyses, and summarizing results.
• Compiling and delivering documentation material such as power point slides for methodology questions and/or frequently asked questions; supporting client service duties as needed.
• Uses statistical methodologies to analyse the data.
• Partners with CS&PL to drive revenue.
• Presents at industry or academic forums.
• Participates in team projects and staff meetings.
YOUR PROFILE:
• Bachelor?s degree in Statistics, Social Science, Operation Research, or other hard sciences (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Biology, Physics etc.), preferred master?s degree in an above field
• 3-5 years? experience in similar role
• Broad industry knowledge
• Outstanding analytical expertise, Accuracy and attention to details
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong statistical skills
• Proficiency with Statistical Software (SAS/R/SPSS/etc)
• Exceptional aptitude for data analysis
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Microsoft Access database knowledge
• Visual basic programming
• Intellectual curiosity and persistence to find answers to questions
• Ability to autonomously manage simultaneous projects in a fast paced business environment
• Very good English, Swedish language will be a big plus
