ABOUT THE ROLE
As a member of the Commercial Analytics team, you will be one of eight experts in working with data, commercial and advanced analytics to provide actionable insights to increase value for our customers and shareholders. You will collaborate with other team members and commercial stakeholders on a daily basis and you're expected to contribute with your analytical expertise with an open and fearless mindset.
Working in Commercial Analytics, you will be given the possibility to influence and set the analytical agenda for yourself, the team, CVM and B2C. There is a strong culture in the team symbolized by curiosity, openness and engagement that are all key to successfully deliver on our plans, both as individuals but also as a team. There is a very strong collaborative environment which makes it easier to deliver results with high quality much quicker. There is always someone to ask but in turn, you will also be expected to contribute to this culture.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
· 4-10 years of experience as Data Analyst, Data Scientist or similar
• University degree in relevant field
• Experience in development of predictive models and usage of analytical methods and tools
• Knowledge of data processing tools, software and programming skills such as SQL, Python, Tableau etc.
• Strong financial and business understanding of the different levers affecting revenue/profitability and impact on customer base
• Result-oriented team player, highly driven and dedicated to delivering with high quality
• Confident in dealing with senior management and able to voice your opinions in larger group meetings
• Fluent in Swedish and/or English, verbal and written.

I've been leading this team for 6,5 years and I really enjoy every day at Tele2. When going to the office I often ride my bike from my house in Täby to Kista. When working from home, I try to go out on a ride during lunch if the schedule allows. It has become my way of staying a bit in shape. I love to play padel as well and when I'm not working, sitting on the saddle or playing padel I mostly hang out with my family doing some project on the house, doing some travelling or doing nothing at all... just hang out.
