The financial management from a business perspective is crucial in achieving our goal - to produce and deliver 100% renewable and recycled energy by 2025.
Our shared vision for the finance department is it to be a partner in financial steering and optimization of the business. This means that we are always seeking opportunities to strengthen our collaboration with the business in financial decision making. We are permanently improving the financial management framework and optimize our own way of working by neat and digitalized processes. We have made large advancements in this journey and are now looking for someone who wants to continue the development to establish an E2E financial planning.
As a Senior Controller for Planning & Reporting, you will belong to a highly skilled team with a great business understanding where close collaboration and open communication are distinctive aspects of the culture. Being responsible for the financial planning process of the company, you will have significant impact on the company's economic development in both the short and long term. With your thorough business analysis, strategic collaboration and drive to change you will support our management team's decision making.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Develop and maintain the company's financial reporting process for forecast and budget to meet our long-term strategic goals.
* Prepare and conduct our management's Business Reviews both internal and with our owners.
* Analyze the business development of the company in collaboration with others in order to secure key financial decision making.
* Drive further development of the Group's finance function through daily improvements and projects, such as the development of an E2E planning process or automation of steps in the reporting process.
In order to be successful for the role, we believe that you have experience of similar responsibilities in a complex business and preferably have experience within project management. You have a strong interest in business at large and are able to communicate financial consequences and different options in an easily understandable way in both Swedish and English. We also expect you to be confident in communicating with different levels of the organization, e.g. to both management as well as colleagues in and outside Finance. You have shown your potential to motivate and lead others in your work. We also encourage you to have a great interest in financial management and to lead the further development of the processes and system that are part of a controller's everyday life.
Mirko Kallweit will be your manager in Financial Controlling & Risk. Mirko is an available leader who drives change, advocates transparency and welcomes new ideas from his employees. You will be given a lot of freedom under responsibility and will be encouraged to work closely with your colleagues both inside and outside the department.
