hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2024-04-03ArbetsuppgifterWe are looking for a Contract/ Sourcing Manager for our client. Our client works in the telecommunications industry.
You will work with the following tasks:
• Meet category procurement requirements.
• Plan, lead, carry out, and put into action sourcing projects, in collaboration with N4M Sourcing and TnSE Sourcing.
• Work with various support departments like legal, security, and compliance as part of sourcing projects.
• Act as the main point of contact for TnSE suppliers in commercial matters, working alongside N4M in joint venture agreements, and oversee activities after contracts are signed.
• Make sure that all activities are carried out according to N4M, the client, and local policies and guidelines.
• Arrange and participate in meetings both internally and with vendors to discuss tactical and operational issues.
• Guarantee that contracts are implemented properly and monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements and penalties.
• Monitoring, evaluating, documenting, and addressing any issues that arise from service level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensuring that vendors meet contractual obligations and taking necessary actions in case of non-compliance.
• Sharing performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) with relevant stakeholders in operational and strategic meetings.
• Monitor and communicate progress on achieving business goals for a specific project in a key agreement.
• Oversee vendor evaluation procedures, including addressing any quality evaluations and inspections.
Requirements
The perfect candidate for this role should possess at least five years of experience in contract management, category management, strategic sourcing, or procurement. It is preferred that you hold an academic degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in Swedish and English is essential, as well as being a skilled communicator. Strong networking and stakeholder management abilities are advantageous for excelling in this role. Being a team player who can also take initiative and lead activities independently is crucial.

• Show dedication, maturity, adaptability, and agility in addressing business needs and obstacles promptly.
Meritorious
• Previous work in telecommunications, technology, or related fields is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using IT tools like Coupa, Sievo, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
