We are looking for a Senior Consumer Insight Consultant to our client in Stockholm!

Main responsibilities:
• Project leadership and execution: take charge of end-to-end project management, from understanding client objectives to delivering insightful final reports. This encompasses everything from proposal drafting, methodology selection, questionnaire design, to data collection and analysis. Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide client decision-making.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Manage relationships with other internal departments: CRM, customer service, category management, after-sales.
• Continuously building and developing our consumer insights offer.
• Support internal departments in their insights needs by conducting specific projects that help the growth of our client as a business.

Qualifications
• Experience from hands-on quantitative research, ex. setting up surveys, analysing data and visualising/presenting insights
• Experience of client management - relationship building, offer strategic guidance and up-sell
• Understanding of latest and greatest within market/consumer research
• Solid presentation skills
• Fluency in Swedish & English
• Experience of e-com (bonus)
• Advanced insights methods such as conjoint analysis (bonus)
• Skills in SQL (bonus)
• Skills in programs for data analysis, such as SPSS, SAS, R, Python or others (bonus)

Admission and Application
