hela Sverige The Senior Consultant works as part of delivery teams for client engagements and personally delivers pieces of the overall client engagement with a focus on achieving desired client value/ROI, on time and within budget and scope. In addition, they will train/mentor/oversee the work of consultants or associate consultants on the team.Essential responsibilities:As a Senior Consultant you can demonstrate: Act as an engagement leader on smaller client projects which display good project management skills and techniquesStrong analytical track record in identifying and quickly focusing on what will drive real impactIndependently collect, validate, analyze and synthesize data to support engagement objectivesLead and/or mentoring other consultants or associate consultants in deliverable completion in large projectsApply critical thinking and various problem solving techniques to frame, shape, socialize and implement value-based solutionsPrepare and deliver concise, clear and insightful presentations and reportsQualifications: Bachelor or Master degree ideally from a technical / engineering program Experience in either advisory services, consulting, or performance improvement in a healthcare setting or equivalent knowledge or experience Solid experience leading and managing projects with outcome focused deliverablesAbility to travel Proficient language and writing skills in English as well as either Swedish or DanishDesired Characteristics:Strong passion for technology and delivering real impact in hospital / regional settingTeam player and ability to engage with, and gain trust from broad stakeholder groupsExperience from working on implementation projects in hospital settingPrevious knowledge and exposure of IT infrastructure / data mining at hospitals / regionsExcellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated experience speaking and writing clearly and convincinglyProven ability to work under pressure
