hela Sverige As Senior CAD Engineer at Cab Engineering Europe you will be a key contributor to the success of our customers. You will have colleagues around the world, all passionate about trucks and engineering solutions. We are the ones who develop new and premium cabs for our future trucks, covering advanced engineering, concept studies and detailed development work.
At the section Cab Body & Exterior we have both in-house development and cooperation with external suppliers and we are always seeking to deliver customers future needs today. We aspire to have the most skilled and engaged employees in the industry and we are now looking for a Senior CAD Engineer to strengthen the Cab Body team. We are responsible for the Body, Closures, Glass & Sealants and Surface treatment of the Cab.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
• Develop design engineering documentation, such as CAD modules and drawings
• Plan and execute packaging studies through all project phases
• Produce technical drawings to define a product
• Develop CAD design in more complex projects
• Support lead engineers in the BIW area with feasibility studies, development work and releases
• Dialogue with the cross-functional team like packaging and product design about geometry assurance

Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum 7 years of experience in BIW/DIW design from trucks or cars, with at least 3 years working with concept and feasibility
• Excellent Catia V5 surface design modeler
• Experience in PDM system is required and Kola is an advantage
• Good knowledge in written and spoken English
• Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional experience
