Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
• Liaison on behalf of the company with government agencies, such as tax office, immigration authorities etc.
• Liaison with external service providers such as law firms, accountants, payroll management etc.
• Execution of all relevant office management and general administration tasks.
• Providing assistance to LUXOFT employees with work inquiries in Nordic region.
• Interfacing with internal departments in LUXOFT such as HR, Legal, Finance, Relocation, Travel etc.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
At least 5 years experience from employment in an international company that has included administrative and coordinating work. Experience in work with business relocation and travel, knowledge of work immigration regulations and local tax and employment rules. Good communication and cooperation skills, problem-solving and result oriented skills. Language requirements: Fluent English,Swedish and Russian, basic Danish.
