Our client is a successful IT company and with over 10 year's experience, they have become one of the best known names within their industry. They specialize in providing a wide range of innovate technology to their customers. One of their offices is based in Malmo from where they support their core markets. Their Malmo operation manages sales and customer service and finance administration. They are now looking for a Nordic speaking Senior Business Development Executive for their office in Malmo, Sweden.
Role:
In our client's European office there is a new position available as Senior Business Development Executive. The senior business development executive is responsible for generating and developing new business. Their tasks include, generating new business sales, meeting business sales targets through processes and procedures of the company, developing and creating strategies to establish and increase Nordic markets, managing and communicating efficiently with the Nordic sales team in order to achieve the main objectives, represent the company at networking events, determine prices and contract deal with customers but always with the managements wishes and putting forth suggestions regarding bettering the product development and overall the productivity of the workplace. The key to being successful within this role is teamwork; the position requires excellent communicational skills, providing support and coordination for the sales team and building relationships with co-workers and clients.
Skills:
The ideal candidate must speak fluent English and Swedish and have 3 + years experience in a senior corporate sales role, and in an e-commerce, B2B, IT environment. The candidate must be decisive, highly motivated, enthusiastic, have the ability to work in a team and possess excellent communicational skills both verbally and written. The candidate should have good IT skills, have an ability to use outlook email, CRM tools, and Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and the internet. The candidate should be able to manage and build a client base.
