At H&M BEAUTY, our aim is to capture the enormous market potential of the beauty business by making it possible for everyone to look, feel and do good. We are pioneering a new business model for the group where our own in-house beauty assortment is complemented with the latest external Beauty brands, allowing our customers to complete their fashion look with the best in beauty. We are building Beauty as its own Lifestyle Brand and are working on launching external brands in more markets and channels, doing a full makeover of our in-house assortment and elevating the shopping experience in all channels, just to name a few of the things that we are excited about!
Job Description
Do you want to be a key player in creating a new and disruptive global brand? Are you looking for a strategic and operational role where you have a holistic view of the business and can drive both sales and profitability, both long- and short term?
In line with this development, we are now looking for our Senior Business Controller for supporting H&M Beauty- Private label, External Brands and our expansion initiatives. In this role you will be responsible for the analysis within your teams, you will take business-minded decisions and implement actions based on your analysis. Together with your teams you will be responsible for our global assortment and maximizing sales and profit within H&M Beauty. You will work closely with the Section Head, the assortment team and other functions within Beauty, all working together to create the best Omni Customer Offer.

You have a growth mindset and the ability to prioritize and understand what will make the difference for the business and simplify complexity.
In addition to this we also see that you:
Have a degree in business, engineering or similar
Minimum 2-3 years working experience from a similar role
Experience from the role as Business controller and a plus with experience from Beauty and the specific processes in the industry or /and external brands
Experience from working with expansion and growth is meritorious
Experience of developing and setting new methods and processes to work more effectively and efficient
Strong leadership and project management skills; inspire, lead, engage & follow up
Have strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn your analysis into actions
Business sense and capture potential together with a strategic mindset
Are fluent in English, Swedish is not mandatory
Additional information
This is a fulltime assignment based at our Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden. You don't have to live in Sweden already, no, we welcome applications from all parts of the world and offer relocation support if needed.
