Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a clear focus of business analysis and project management methologies. The position includes the following duties: - Leverage EPAM's Global Delivery Model, as well as business analysis and project management methodologies, to execute projects on time and within constraints; - Use EPAM's internal systems and processes, coordinate and lead the projects across their lifecycle - from requirements definition to execution to support & maintenance; - Provide requirements elicitation, functional specification and analytical support for development team; - Initiate new projects including project vision, estimate efforts, allocate resource and perform technology selection; - Establishing project management processes for new projects using EPAM PMC according to ISO standards and CMMI; - Assisting the customer with build deployment, User Acceptance Testing, sign-offs and Change Management; - Establish and maintain effective communications between key engineers onsite and offshore, as well as client's technical personnel; - Liaise with clients, team members, project managers and others to define specific business and product requirements, documenting product specifications, key entities and elements, data transformations and conversions; - Assist the customer in the areas of Business Analysis, data strategy, information architecture, reporting & analytics; - Utilize EPAM proprietary software development methodologies, processes, techniques and quality planning methods in all phases of work.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer: - Master of Science - Minimum of two years experience as a business analyst in a similar position
