Role & tasks
Business Analyst
* Discovery, analysis and recording of the As Is and To Be operating model and digital competencies and capabilities in a new cloud native and product aligned BIT Nordic. Perform a gap analysis of current competencies to identify skills gaps and training needs according to roles.
* Stakeholder identification, grouping and aligning with objectives
* Gather, review and analyze current capabilities with reference to: roles, responsibilities, governance, processes, controls, measures and ways of working.
* Liaise between various departments internally and externally to agree future process interfaces
* Assess and prepare options for operating models of the future
Soft-skills
* Ability to identify, communicate and solve complex problems
* Ability to establish, develop and maintain effective relationships with both technical and non technical stakeholders up to middle management level
* Ability to plan and organise effectively
* Consultancy skills (e.g. workshop facilitation, presentation skills, driving effectiveness, change management, strategic thinking)
* Influencing skills (e.g. stakeholder management, idea creation, solution oriented).
Skills
Must have
* Structured approach to requirements analysis
* Structured approach to process mapping
* Structured approach to organizational analysis
* Ability to develop, articulate and present ways of working proposals
* Structured approach to role and skill profile analysis and capability assessments
* Basic understanding of cloud concepts including enablers, accelerators and cloud management
Good to have
* Understanding of IT end to end lifecycle management
* Knowledge of digital product lifecycle management
* Experience of both traditional IT projects and Agile development
* Experience of product lifecycle management
* Operating model design
* Organisational design
* Knowledge of operating in a cloud environment
Language: English (must have), Swedish (good to have)
