Nasdaq is looking for a Business Analyst with a background in finance, mathematics and/or IT, paired with a big appetite to learn and grow! As a Business Analyst you will act as the interface between the clients and the IT organization by translating business processes and needs into detailed functional requirements. Additionaly, you will ensure that the team of developers and testers has a clear understanding of the clients' requirements. The role will be based in Stockholm, but will involve international travel to our other offices and clients.
Your responsibilities:
* Elicit detailed business and system requirements from business owners and stakeholders.
* Design functional solutions for clients and document requirements.
* Support the development and QA teams in implementing product requirements.
* Provide input into project schedule, risks, scope of work and budget.
* Write (or assist the technical writer in production of) operational and user documentation including release notes. Ensure operational and user documentation is accurate and complete.
* Provide user training on new functionality and handle user queries regarding system functionality.
Who you are:
* You have a degree in Computer Science, Business/Finance or related dicipline.
* Good knowledge of how CCP works and manages its risk.
* You are interested and eager to learn on the job, and you are persistent in solving complex problems.
* Work experience within the IT or finance industry is an advantage.
