As a Senior Base Engine Engineer you will conduct cutting-edge research and development to advance our technology and capabilities and mission of sustainability.

Skills and Experience
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Mechanical or other
relevant engineering area
• At least five years of experience within Base Engine for combustion engines
• Practical and theoretical knowledge about product
development process
• Meritorious if experienced in leadership roles and willing to take charge when required.
We also believe that you are a socially adept individual with a positive mindset in challenging situations. You exhibit flexibility and skill in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, along with possessing strong communication skills for clear information presentation.
Your role at Aurobay
As a Senior Base Engine Engineer you will:
• Lead the development of the Base Engine Timing Drive and Front-End Accessory Drive (FEAD) for all our internal combustion engines with the Design Engineers
• Defining system requirements and verifying both components and systems
• Ensure the secure delivery of agreed program content on time, at an agreed cost, and with high quality
• System-planning activities, technical support to design responsible, and securing system quality over time
• Be involved in the concept phase, through the sourcing process all the way to the start of production.
