KRY is growing at a fast pace and we're now looking for an outstandingSenior Associate to join the Strategy & Corporate Development team, which leads KRY's strategy, fundraising and M&A efforts.
As a member of the Strategy & Corporate Development team, you will work with cross-functional leaders to define and execute on KRY's long-term strategic plan. You will produce business insights for our management team to influence strategic decision making, assess market and competitive dynamics, raise capital and identify strategic partnership and acquisition opportunities.
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and curious self-starter who is not afraid to roll up his or her sleeves to get the job done. Given the multi-dimensional nature of the role, we are seeking someone who has a combination of strong analytical skills as well as strategic thinking and sound business judgement, along with the ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions and projects.
What you will do:- Support long-term strategic planning, which identifies key business initiatives and sets financial targets
• Work closely with cross-functional and regional management teams on strategic initiatives
• Research competition and industry trends that are impacting KRY to provide recommendations on strategic decisions. Leverage this knowledge to help educate product teams and evaluate business opportunities.
• Develop a systematic approach to tracking market and competitive intelligence
• Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities together with KRY's product and engineering leaders and management. Play a significant role in deal execution including structuring, negotiations, due diligence, financial modelling, integration and project management
• Prepare materials for our board of directors and potential new investors
Who you are- 2-4 years experience in investment banking, management consulting, venture capital, private equity or technology-focused corporate strategy or development function
• Independent thinker who thinks strategically and creatively and takes ownership of projects
• Multi-tasker who works effectively under time constraints in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
• Ability to break down complex issues into structured frameworks and actionable insights
• Excellent ability to conduct thorough research and analysis, and translate findings to clear, concise, and actionable recommendations across a growing organization
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including logically structuring and delivering presentations
• True team player who works collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
• Fluent in English (no Swedish skills required)
