Arbetsuppgifter
For Amgen Nordic and Baltic HQ we are now looking for a full time Sr. Assoc. Business Analysis & Info (BP&A). You will work in an international team consisting of senior analysts with different focus areas. The business planning part of the team supports our commercial business units with sales reporting, business decision analytical support, market data, budget submissions and ad hoc analyses. Example tasks are to develop and review market segmentation by key accounts approach, market share analysis and performance metrics. Occasional traveling to the Nordic & Baltic countries and our European HQ in Zug will be required. To be successful in this role you need a strong interest and preferably experience in business analytics. You need to be analytical, service-minded and good at multitasking. Since you will be doing your work in Excel, strong Excel or programming skills are required. What you may lack in experience you make up with intelligence and commitment. We offer a unique possibility to gain insight into the pharmaceutical markets in the Nordic & Baltic countries at an exciting time of new product launches. From a central position in the budget process you will be able to follow the marketing of new therapies from the very launch. In a region of seven countries, there is a great opportunity to understand the quite differing characteristics of the various markets and the impact it has on sales. Market data is plentiful and provides good opportunities for analytical support of the business. We are looking for applicants with great potential and hope that as you go along, you will be able to shoulder the responsibility of one or several countries in the region.
Utbildning/Erfarenhet
Qualifications: . Minimum 1-2 years' experience from a business analytics role or similar. We will consider other candidates in case of exceptional potential. . Advanced knowledge of and experience in Excel or software development. . Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, economics, business administration or a related discipline. . Permit to live and work in Sweden Personal characteristics: .
