Position Description
Volvo Group IT manages the Group's overall IT strategies and plans and has the end-to-end responsibility for all development, delivery, support of IT solutions and services for the Volvo Group.

Group IT Consulting provide professional services according to Group IT organizational demand built on a unique combination of IT skills and business domain knowledge.
We are around 2800 people divided into three geographical organizations, EMEA, APAC and Americas. Our delivery is skilled IT professionals in IT architecture and application development, project management and business analysis. Our co-workers are involved in both one-time and run time assignments.

Wanted Profile
You need to have the ability to work under demanding, challenging and changing conditions. As person you are structured, innovative and have a strong technical focus in combination with a customer oriented attitude. You enjoy teamwork, contribute with team spirit and you like taking responsibility. You have the ability to inspire, develop and motivate individuals and teams.
Required Competencies
• A university degree in Computer science or equal
• Experience from software engineering, agile development
• You have documented experience from assignments in designing and developing applications
• Technical competencies:
• Microsoft .Net
• Microservices
• Docker
• Red Hat OpenShift
• Xamarin
• REST/JSON
• Experience from diagnostic area is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Swedish - both written and spoken
