Within ÅF Automotive R&D, we develop and deliver solutions for vehicles, systems, functions and attributes to customers in the automotive industry. Our customers are both established OEM's, startup companies and system suppliers (Tier 1). We operate all over the world; mainly in Sweden, China, Brazil, US and UK.
We are a new business unit focused on EE and embedded systems within ÅF Automotive R&D. We are now looking for a Senior ADAS Engineer. You will be part of the team that develops the Autonomous Drive and Electro Mobility of the future. You have long experience in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems and will strengthen our team knowledge. You will join an experienced team with valuable knowledge from all vehicle domains. It's not a challenge nor an opportunity - It is both.
Who are you?
You are a brave and devoted team player with extensive knowledge in ADAS development and you want to strongly contribute in our customers ADAS development projects. You are familiar with the use of requirement management tools and model based systems engineering. You have good understanding of functional safety standard in relation to development of safety critical systems. No challenge is too great and your mindset is always adding value to our customers. You believe the best control function or algorithm is not yet invented, as it will be part of your next assignment at ÅF Automotive R&D. You are the engineer that makes a difference. Your academic background is a Bachelor or Master degree, but most important is your extensive experience in automotive electrical systems and ADAS development. You may have previously been working at a global OEM or Tier 1, but is now looking for a new challenging career path. Your business English is fluent both verbally and in writing and you communicate easily with both peers and upper management. Being professional is key and you always act upon the best interest of the company. You are within the business known for your strong integrity and you share ÅF's view on ethics and values. A Swedish driver license is required.
