hela Sverige As a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst at SKF Sweden Functions you will act as a liaison between business operations and the finance department, and also develop and maintain strong relationships with foreign-based Financial Shared Service Centers to ensure alignment with financial targets as well as best practice sharing.
Your day-to-day work
You will perform accounts payable analysis, identify improvement areas and implement actions to ensure that set targets are delivered. You will interact with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate process improvements and best practice within the area of supplier invoice handling. You will also:
• Ensure that period-end tasks within the accounts payable area are performed with quality and in a timely manner
• Actively participate in projects and application testing as required
• Introduce and conduct training of new team members and ensure updated process descriptions
We expect you to have
• Relevant work experience as a Finance Business Partner or Accounts payable Supervisor/Analyst
• Advanced skills in SAP
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint applications and strong computer knowledge within a multi-system environment
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English, both oral & written
• University degree in finance or equivalent is meritorious
• Experience of working in a global organization is a plus
