Your Mission:
• Judgment of report and procedure standards with the aim of the procedure optimization
• Supervision of accounting guidelines
• Cash flow situation overview and action when needed
• Cost and income overview of the business operations in Norway, Finland and Denmark.
• Support of the preparation of annual accounts as well as various financial statements (GCC, Open Item List)
• Coordinate & assist in HR related matters
• Balance sheet: Creditors, accounts receivable and investment accountancy as well as transfers to reserve, cash
• Preparation, check and analysis of accountancy processes
• GCC (controlling sheet, Excel-based) - completion and reconciliation
• Development and reconciliation of the month and quarter report as well as preparation and submission of the monthly taxes and quarterly VAT reports
• Coordination and payment of salaries, pensions, staff time reports etc.
• BSP reports for calculation of Override Commission (ORC) for certain airlines
• Customer and supplier 's accounts
Your Qualifications:
• Relevant education in Finance, Economics or related field
• Proven working experience in a relevant international department of a multi-national company
• Structured approach and high level of analytical thinking
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications
• Strong team skills and above-average commitment
• Communication skills, ability to work under pressure and flexibility
• Very good English skills, additional language skills are an advantage
