In this position you will have a lot of freedom in choosing your work environment and the tools you use. You can decide whether you want to use Linux or Windows on your laptop. You will also have the opportunity to work with well-known cloud providers to develop services for the customers. Additionally, you will have access to popular tools like IntelliJ, Slack, Miro, Jira, Confluence, Teams, AD, and O365.
The client follows the SAFe agile framework and embrace the Elite Software Performer philosophy of DevSecOps. This means that each team is self-sufficient and takes full ownership of the assets they develop. They have also implemented CI/CD methodologies and build pipelines, which allow you to quickly and reliably create and deploy features and functions in the production environment.
Job Assignments
• Make sure that the accounting, financial management, and compliance tasks are carried out for the legal entities.
• Make sure that the monthly, quarterly, and annual closings are done accurately and on time.
• Make sure that the consolidated financial reporting and compliance are accurate and on time.
• Monitor and report on the efficiency of working capital and cashflow.
• Handle payments promptly and efficiently.
• Oversee and improve the efficient use of resources and procedures related to accounting, reporting, and consolidation at a local level.
• Create and enforce policies, guidelines, and instructions for reporting that align with internal and external requirements.
• Offer the business customized financial and operational analyses as needed.
• Evaluate and monitor financial and operational performance to ensure goals are being met.
Requirements
• More than 5 years of experience as an accountant.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
