You will primarily focus on two key areas: monthly closing processes and the execution of SOX controls. HERE ARE THE THINGS WE WANT YOU TO DO,
As a Senior Accountant at Oatly, you will work broadly with accounting for several of our companies and will have contact with authorities, auditors, as well as different parts of the organization within Oatly. You will be responsible for reconciliation for some of the accounts and help from an accountant with other accounts. You will be the main responsible accountant for the companies you work with and will have an accountant to help you with some of the reconciliations. You will also work with the preparation and/or review of the SOX controls relating to your companies.
Here's more of what the role involves,
• VAT reporting for different countries
• Intrastat reporting for different countries
• EU-sales list
• Rebooking of accruals
• Participate in the improvement work of SOX controls as well as other processes within the finance department
• Communication with local authorities and auditors
• Year-end closing including annual reports
HERE ARE THE THINGS WE THINK YOU NEED
• A degree in economics and at least 5 years's experience in accounting
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, Swedish is a qualification
• Experience in SOX Controls is a merit
• Having experience with the system D365 and Aaro is a merit
