FindCourses PRO is a part of EMG, which is a sales driven company that works towards our vision of helping everyone in the world to find the right education. FindCourses PRO provide companies with customized training portals where they get help throughout the whole process from search/compare training to the actual booking and the payment of the training. It is a global solution and at the moment we are present in: The Nordics, France, Germany, Canada, and the United States.

The position
A Senior Account Manager at EMG is an energetic, enthusiastic and dedicated person with the responsibility to lead and develop sales and relationships with some of our existing clients and also to find new clients that we can work with.

The role requires great consultative selling skills, experience of working with the whole process in sales from prospecting to closing the deal. You will work with sales towards big multinational companies and their purchasing and HR departments. The team is based in Stockholm and travel to Europe and US for client meetings a few days per year is required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the sales team
• Reaching sales goals
• New business and account management
• Work closely with the CEO to strengthen the business
• Business development and strategies

Who are we looking for?

• Proven track record in selling solution based services/systems to multinational companies
• Proven ability to consistently hit sales targets
• Educated to a degree level
• Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English

To be successful in this role, you require a professional sales approach, the ability to lead and develop business processes to achieve great results. You bring an infectious and positive energy and believe that "success" is something that is achieved through positive individual and team contributions.
