Job Description
One of our skillful Installed Base Account Executives is moving into another position in the company. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced Installed Base Senior Account Executive preferably based in the Stockholm region of Sweden, but placement based in Oslo, Linköping or Gothenburg can also be considered.
You know what it means to handle an existing portfolio of Installed Base customers, and you have good results from work with business processes. Your experience is from ERP or similar enterprise solutions.
Mission
Position IFS solutions to existing customers through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data.
Strategic account development, establishing and building up C-level contacts, identifying and developing opportunities. Engage on the executive C-level with the business.
Manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Presales, Consulting, Executives, Partners etc.
Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.
Responsible for new business development within the account and closing of opportunities.
Work towards ambitious growth plans.

Qualifications
Experience and proven track record in solution sales within the software industry to enterprise customers.
Understands the business challenges and the business processes from our clients and translate them into solutions/offerings that drives impact.
Take the relationship into the future and continue to deliver joint business success.
Excellent relationship building and communication skills - comfortable with CxO level engagements.
You are able to design a strategy, look at the bigger picture and translate this into measurable actions for your team and yourself.

Experience
Bachelor's degree, but relevant experience can compensate for the lack of formal education.
Good results from work with business processes.
Experience from ERP or comparable Software solutions.
Flexible, positive and solution-oriented.
Team player with high motivation and perseverance in the pursuit of goal achievement.
Ability to work independently and have a customer-oriented mentality.
Proficient language skills in one of the Scandinavian languages and English, written and orally.
Good experience from negotiation and procurement processes
Good track record of quota achievement in value based/solution sales environment.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will have a quota and responsibility for an existing customer portfolio. The work involves creating opportunities and offering customers solutions that improve their processes and competitiveness through IFS software solutions. An important task is to maintain and develop existing customer relationships. The position will be organized as part of our Installed Base Team.
