We are seeking a Security Specialist for the Security team. The Security team analyses data produced by the Ongame systems in order to find fraud patterns and possible security issues. We perform deeper investigations of security incidents and develop methods and tools for detecting and preventing fraud.
Your place at the table
As a security specialist you will be responsible for developing new Poker Fraud prototypes, as well as responding to in-house and partners? queries regarding fraud and security. Our fraud portal ?Fraudlabs? is the lab site where we put our ideas to the test, and it is used day to day by the Poker Risk team to find fraud. Fraudlabs is a Java/Wicket application, reading from a MySQL data store maintained within the group. Purpose built ETL aggregators collect data through a number of means and put it in useful form in our dbs.
Your skills and experience
We expect you are a competent programmer, know your way around databases, have a genuine interest for security matters and you know more than a bit about poker. Any experience with data mining or AI methods is highly desirable.
You are inquisitive, curious and dedicated. You are good at explaining complex matters either in detail or at a higher level. You are able to produce high quality results on your own while maintaining the ability to work well within the team.
