This is an opportunity to be working to ensure that Volvo Cars Enterprise IT, OT 4.0 and IoT environments is built, operated and monitored according to security best practices and that relevant and specific risks are reduced to a level acceptable by the organization.

You and your skills
We are seeking a subject matter expert in one or more of the following areas, Business Security Liason (ensure security & privacy by design towards internal stakeholders), Governance & Audit, Cloud Security, Awareness & Training and Access Control/Access Management. A university degree in a relevant area such as IT or Computer Science is ideal and 5-10 years of working experience in your specialist area.

We see that you have strong experience and knowledge in Information and IT Security. Knowledge of concepts, principles, structures, and standards used to design, implement, monitor, and secure, operating systems, equipment, networks, applications, and those controls used to enforce various levels of confidentiality, integrity, and availability in relevant environments.

Knowledge of infrastructure components, both the physical and virtual, existing threats, and mitigating and developing plans to deal with those threats.

Capable of identifying critical information and the execution of selected measures that eliminate or reduce adversary exploitation of it; requirements of specific architecture to running and managing that infrastructure; definition of controls over hardware, media, and the operators with access privileges as well as the auditing and monitoring are the mechanisms, tools and facilities.

Comfortable with MS Azure and AWS cloud setups, architecture and security best practices.

Do you fit the profile?
Preferably you have had leadership experience and you are fluent in English, both oral and written. The position requires that you have good collaboration and relational skills; comfortable working with and leading other skilled professionals towards common goals and to meet a lot of people in your daily work. We see that you are comfortable in supporting and training the organization, individuals as well as different teams, in security related issues.

You are also self-directed, organized and results oriented with a structured approach and analytical mind-set. Comfortable in leading and/or participating in IT related assessments and writing reports, from an IT perspective as well as from a business perspective.
