We are operating in a regulated environment with significant security requirements from regulators and customers. As a Security Protection leader, you will not only ensure compliance but also drive and develop the security protection program. You will work closely with business teams such as sales- and project managers as well as project engineers. You will be the point of contact for customers and authority representatives in matters related to security protection.
You will be part of the security team in Sweden and report to Country Managing Director and functionally to the Country Security Manager.

We are looking for a person who has security experience, security protection and corporate experience are meritorious. You are a person who likes structure, are communicative both verbally and in writing in Swedish as well as English.
Your responsibilities
Drive SUA program in SE
Provide operational support to business on SUA
Develop and drive a SUA compliance program
Monitor risk and regulatory development within area of responsibility
Participate in cross functional teams and groups
Document management and record keeping
SUA point of contact to customers and authorities
Your background
Post- Senior high school education, e.g university, qualifying courses
Corporate experience
Police, military or other government
Security industry
Advanced English
Collaborative
Team player and inclusive
Swedish citizenship and Swedish speaking
