Security Manager
The Security manager in WirelessCar is overall responsible to drive the security function and as such be our information security evangelist. The Security manager is responsible to maintain the WirelessCar regulatory information security requirements and contribute with requirements for a secure architecture at enterprise level, covering E2E information security together with WirelessCar customers.

The Security Manager reports to the Security and Delivery Office Manager within WirelessCar Delivery organisation.

Customer Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for aligning WirelessCar's practices with security policies, directives and guidelines agreed with customers
• Responsible for driving and coordinating information security aspects with customers
• Participate in customer events as security subject matter expert
Delivery Key Responsibilities
• Own and lead the WirelessCar security function area
• Represents and promotes security in WirelessCar globally
• Owner of WirelessCar security rules, guidelines and processes
• Responsible for aligning WirelessCar's deliveries with regulatory information security requirements and with Volvo Group security policies, directives and guidelines
• Responsible for quality assurance of issued security documentation
• Follow, present and explain the automotive security domain and stay informed about security events and developments in general
• Ensure WirelessCar has a good level of security competence, maturity and awareness
• Ensure that WirelessCar has supplier contacts where needed to support the security function
• Ensure that security risk management is managed appropriately and assist in information security risk assessments
• Articulating clear, actionable and measurable security requirements which will help to prevent or mitigate the risks identified during risk assessment

Personnel Key Responsibilities
• Enables the Security function to be effective through defining and setting the security strategic direction
• Takes active participation and sponsorship in driving maturity in processes and ways of working with regards to Security
Financial Key Responsibilities
• Make security budgets, forecasts and follow up

The Security Manager needs to have the ability to create a successful working climate with all functions with WirelessCar as well as with customer and partners in the end to end value chain.

As a person, you have an analytical mind-set and know how to manage balance between making good relations and driving through clear demands with internal as well as external stakeholders. You are structured and organized, applying a strong customer focus.

The profile we are looking for is self-driven and have the courage to challenge with both a combination of quality and business strategic mind-set. It is also an absolute demand that you are fluent in both written and spoken Swedish as well as English.
