Your role
As part of the information security team, you will be part of a team of highly skilled specialists, and you will play a key role assuring our compliance towards standards such as ISO27001, NIST among others. Managing the security compliance of our operations with internal and external stakeholder requirements is a critical task for the company.
In this role you will report to Saabs Chief Information Security Officer.
The main tasks are:
As Security Compliance Officer you manage and develop our operational compliance with Saabs Security management system (SMS) and external customer security requirements. You are familiar with industry standards such as ISO27001, NIST, CMMC and similar and have experience in implementing and managing the related controls. To succeed in this role, you need good collaboration and communications skills and have a systematic way of working paying attention to details.
Your main responsibilities will be to interpret and create internal requirements, support in their implementation, hold trainings for the organization and audit compliance. The focus is on requirement and follow-up within Saabs management system. You work together with your colleagues to ensure that we work both strategically and systematically with information security.
Your profile
Required skills:
* University degree or similar education level in software engineering, information security, risk management, computer science, law.
* Experience from working with Information security
* As we operate in a highly regulated environment, it is required that you have experience of working with security requirements, preferably both Swedish protective security requirements and international standards, such as ISO 27000 series, NIST SP 800, CIS controls etc.
* Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
* Trustworthy with high standards of ethics and personal integrity
Desired skills:
* Deeper knowledge of CMMC
* Experience of working with Swedish national security requirements such as KSF, ISM, FFS etc.
* Business and commercial understanding
To be successful in this role we think that you have ability to analyze and disseminate threat intelligence. You have a natural curiosity which allows you to stay one step ahead of the threat.
This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act. This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

You will work closely with the Security teams all over Saab as well as many other functions.
