You will be a part of the Infrastructure & Operations division which consists of 3 main areas, Business Solutions, Infrastructure Services and Service Management & Support. Business Solutions currently includes the sections; Store, Online, Logistics, Buying office/Production office, BSF/SSF and Enterprise Applications. In this role as section manager, you will be overall responsible for the Online I&O section and its various deliveries including staff responsibility for the managers within the area. The position is located in Stockholm (Marievik).
This is an opportunity for you to work with resource and management services and improve the way of working. You will work within Business Solutions I&O management team, the Development Division management team and our suppliers. You should strive for continuously improve the deliveries, find synergies and build a strong team.
To succeed in this role you must have excellent interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of IT Operations & Development, IT Service Management and experience of process and service oriented delivery models. You need to work both strategically and tactically with defining long term goals and "make it happen" along with other leaders.

Your responsibilities
• Overall accountable for the section including staff, delivery and budget
• Strategic and tactical work in the form of defining long term goals
• Leading the transformation work required to reach the strategic goals, in alignment with the vision for H&M IT
• Ensuring operation of all related services according to agreed service levels and KPI's
• Daily cooperation with internal and external parties
• Commitment in continuous improvements of our internal and external processes and routines
• Building strong and committed teams across organizational and geographical borders
• Knowledge and practical experience of ITIL based IT Service Management
• Several years' experience of successful IT management and leadership, including staff responsibility
• Experience from various sourcing models
• Thorough understanding of the entire IT service lifecycle and practical experience from both development and operation is highly advantageous
• Skilled communicator
• You have a good understanding of H&M's values and the ability to apply our values in our day to day work
• Very good skills in spoken and written Swedish and English
• Comfortable to work in a multinational and multicultural environment
• Able to travel domestic and international

The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conduct business virtually all over the globe.
