Avancos Scandinavia AB is now looking for an Executive Search Consultant to join our team in Sweden.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Several years business experience, either as Line Manager,
Sr. Sales
Manager/Director or Search Consultant
• Recruitment experience is a big plus
• Experience building and maintaining long term customer
relationships
• Proven track record of acquiring new business
• Analytic mindset, preferably university degree
• Fluency in English. Knowledge of German, Swedish,
Russian, Danish or other languages is a plus
Competencies:
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong determination to
succeed.
• Proactive and solution oriented.
• Open minded, seeks to understand before being understood.
• Able to deal with senior stakeholders and negotiate business
deals
• Self motivator
