hela Sverige The Presales section within Sales IT is responsible for service development and IT deliveries to Sales & Marketing at Scania. We are involved in the entire system development process, from concept development to implementation and production. Scania IT is currently also undergoing a very exciting change towards an increasingly operational- and flow-oriented approach in which agile methods and fixed high-performance development teams are key components. Now is the perfect time to join this exciting journey.
We are now looking for additional members for one of our development teams. We are looking for people with a significant interest in software development and agile methods. You will play a central role in one of our development teams and will have many contacts around the Scania organisation. We can offer work close to operations with technical variation at a company with a very good working environment.
Your duties
We currently have 6 individual agile and cross-functional teams.
You will be responsible for facilitating one of the team's meetings and coaching the members on their way towards being high-performance teams.
You will also be responsible for protecting the team from external distractions and will serve as a conduit to the outside world, when required.
The position is full time, with a complete focus on the Scrum Master role.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with:
Experience and knowledge of agile software development
A genuine interest in and preferably a few years' experience of agile methods
Self-motivation and the ability to lead others
The commitment and motivation to work with others to develop, deliver, simplify and improve
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Swedish
A university education within IT or equivalent experience
You are happy working in a team, but are also capable of working independently when required. You will be organised, intuitive, bold about making your own decisions and have a strong service-minded approach. You are an accomplished communicator with good social skills. You will probably have a background as a Scrum Master and/or developer in previous development projects.
