IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania's success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.The section Enabling Services is a part of the Shared IT and Governance department at IT. Our mission is to be central in Scania's modern digital ecosystem through providing software and services within design and integration.
The Integration Services group is responsible for delivering the essential integration capabilities, currently tools within API Management/Marketplace and Streaming. This function is crucial for ensuring seamless exchange of information and functionality among systems on a daily basis. As Scania executes its data-sharing strategy, the Integration Services Team plays a central role in facilitating the sharing of this data throughout the organization.
We are looking for a scrum master that will help our API Management and Streaming Platform team move forward, improve, challenge and add value to our ways of working. We believe that our mission and the results we achieve have a profound impact on the future of integrations at Scania
Your role:
As a servant-leader and coach, you will ensure that work is not imposed upon the team, keeping work-in-progress deliberately limited and optimizing focus and throughput.
To succeed you will need a very good understanding of the business and the value that we create. You will lead the Sprint planning and support the team and Product Owner in structuring and executing sprint ceremonies. You will also collaborate with other scrum masters and the agile community in joint activities.
Your profile:
You are someone who embodies Scrum values and effectively coaches the Scrum Team to become self-managing. You understand how Development teams work and Furthermore we expect you are observant and attentive to what is happening in the team during Scrum Events. Your ability to facilitate communication and encourage growth will help individuals step out of their comfort zones.
You will play a key role in transitioning IT into more self-sufficient teams that drive future integrations. Therefore, being comfortable with technical discussions, even without being an expert, is essential. In addition, you have to be fluent in English, our corporate language. Previous experience in using JIRA Software is meriting.
