Your responsibilities
• The section Prospecting & Quotation within Sales IT is responsible for IT deliveries to the global Commercial Operations Network at Scania. You will work with our Dynamics 365/CRM-teams that supports the Scania sales men in their daily work
• As a Scrum Master you will help us to build efficient and autonomous teams that will make it possible to deliver in the excellent way that we strive for
• You will work close to our Agile coach, Product owners, Architects, Developers and other stakeholders in the organization
• The teams are located in Sweden, Brazil and India
Your profile
• We belive you are an experienced Scrum Master with deep understanding of the agile ways of working
• Good in communicating and in challenging the teams to continuously improve how we effectively bring value to the users and to Scania
• You are brave, enthusiastic and you do not hesitate to help the team eliminate what prevents them from reaching the goals
• Experience in MS Dynamics 365 platform is qualifying
• English - fluent (read and write)
The location
Scania headquarter is located less than 40 km south of Stockholm city. It is easily accessible by regional train, commuter train, bus or car. Scania's own bus line, Scania Job Express, goes from Stockholm city directly to Scania in Sodertalje.
