ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our trek as a Scrum Master where you will ensure that our agile delivery teams are enabled to follow agile practices and processes set out in our values and principles. We work hard and challenge the status quo; we are looking for a forward leaning colleague who enjoys working and supporting others to thrive in their roles.
This position can be either based in Stockholm, SE or Hamburg, DE and will report to the Head of Delivery in Digital Tech.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Coordinate and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, team meetings, sprint demo, retrospective meetings and decision-making processes to ensure quality and adoption of practices
Think collective, put the team first at work and work with your colleagues to reach our goals
Improve efficiency and facilitate creative problem solving on development teams
Take charge of the scrum process by using agile methodology with the aid and coordination of the scrum team
Identify road blocks and approach impediments with a solution-oriented mindset
Support our Product Owner to develop the product backlogs and ready them for upcoming sprints
Conduct retrospective meetings and translate input into our work flows
Organize and facilitate sprint planning meetings
Be our team's safeguard: Oversee sprint planning and assess the team performance to identify possible causes of deviation
Forecast the number of deliverables possible in an iteration based on evidence and reliable sources
Use our tools and practices effectively to structure and visualize the teams' work
WHO YOU ARE
We think you could be a great match as our Scrum Master if you possess the following traits and capabilities:
With 2 years in digital delivery, you are ambitious to dive-in, develop and learn more
You have a bachelor's degree
You are at home in fast-pace agile teams, communicating and acting as an effective force to hold the team together and move projects forward
You are skilled in resolving conflicts and possess values like openness, honesty and respect
Planning and estimation are well within your wheelhouse and you can create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects
You are a coach in agile practices with the ability to coach individuals and interactions in agile tools and processes
You can support the team or colleagues to clarify goals and outline actions to achieve them
You work as a shield protecting team members from outside distractions and interference
Removing impediments and tracking progress comes easily for you
You can ensure the correct use of scrum process
You are familiar with managing product teams in JIRA (or alike tool) and can gain relevant insights to help the team perform
